Medical negligence

There are many genuine instances of negligence on the part of medical personnel and if you are the victim one of these you will be entitled to compensation.  
However, the fact that something has “gone wrong” during medical treatment does not automatically mean that it is someone’s fault. All the relevant notes and records will have to be obtained from the hospital or GP and you may even need to get an Expert’s Report before you can be sure.
