Commercial Leases

If you run a business which means moving office or your commercial or industrial premises the chances are you will be asked to sign a really long 50 page lease.  
These modern leases have long service charge and rent review provisions.  

There is nothing necessarily wrong with a long lease but the devil can be in the detail 
and it should be checked out.
